fix: refactor Inventory page stat cards to use StatCard component
...
- Replace Categories, Item Types, Total Boxes with StatCard
- Fixes mobile content overflow with two-column flexbox layout
- Responsive font sizing for mobile/desktop
- Label truncation for long text
